Order Processing
Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 2 business day (excluding holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your item ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and items ordered.
Shipping for both Stickers and Prints is free of charge and will be shipped using the following services;
Stickers: Royal Mail 2nd Class
Prints: Royal Mail Tracked 48
Shipping costs for Mugs, Coasters and Tote Bags vary and are as follows;
Tote Bags: £1.70 Using Royal Mail 2nd Class
Coasters: £1.40 Using Royal Mail 2nd Class
Mugs: £2.40 Using Royal Mail Tracked 48
Upgrades to shipping are available at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
